The town of Sept-Îles is the most important urban area of the CRM of Sept-Rivières. In the natural Bay of Sept-Îles, visiting boaters enjoy a safe and secure mooring. In the vicinity, there are transportation wharves for the I.O.C. mining company, the fishing haven and the marina. Visitors may also take the footpath built by the town of Sept-Îles down to Sept-Îles Old Wharf. During the peak tourism season, several activities are available. Visitors find it very pleasant.
